4 Functions of Management - Outsource Technology (1)

In the course of this work, the author vai examine the four functions of management, planning, organization, leadership and control. We are also going to explore some of the realities of the business world that the impact, for better or worse, these four functions and how these functions affect employees, profitability, and the future direction of the company.

The first phase of management is in planning. At this stage the company is a given objective. In this document we will focus on an external Information Technology (IT) that the company has been hired to assume all the internal functions of the IT recruitment company. To further narrow down but a great effort, we are going to narrow down the analysis for the department to support the desktop.
