Suffering from reluctantly called? No matter how experienced you are - or even how you managed - the pick up the phone to prospect, leads a call and invite existing customers can still be difficult.
If you find that the phone weighs 200 pounds as recently seen - you know, hard to get - then the three tips to follow to get back into action:
# 1) Believe it or not, call the reluctance often begins the night before - Sunday night is usually the worst. Dread is to start building and if Monday is almost impossible to avoid dumping VM, answer e-mails, the organization - to avoid all these calls.
The solution: set a specific target for the number of calls that will be every day, and then make that your # 1 priority for the day. After these calls, you are free, all other things that are important and will put pressure on you.
Start with a small door that you know you can achieve, and then work from there. The success will rely on itself and becomes easier and easier to make calls
# 2) developing a script that you are comfortable and then use it on every call. Nothing is more frustrating than to demoralize, or you try to guess your way through the brush off objections and negativity that you receive every day. It is the readiness with a script and will help build confidence quickly.
The solution: If you want to free scripts, visit my blog. If you have more words for word scripts wants to invest in my "Ultimate Book of Phone Scripts."
# 3) Change your expectations. Most sellers start with the wrong attitude. Because they believe in their products and services who think that everyone should and would be a bargain - if you just want to let them lay.
The solution: Set your expectations. Start remember that no matter how good the product is, you can sell only one who at that time interested and willing to listen. In other words, you are looking for buyers.
Once you take that attitude, it is easy to make calls, because if someone says no, will be able to thank them not to waste your time. Now you are able to move to the next call and the next potential buyer.
Bottom line - if you set an achievable goal call, write an effective script, and since you only call for the buyer, will use much easier.
