When the game is fun, the Goals Get Done (1)

When I wrote recently on the Top 10 Qualities of its next Winning Goal, I never expected to hear so much feedback on the quality # 1 - FUN. "Targets should be fun?" some of you have asked. And "what's all this talk about a game?"

People were both surprised and pleased to see that was included fun, let alone at the top of the list! Goals had always seemed to work, down drudgery.

To me, these reactions were a clear indication that we have to think about work, goals and fun in different ways. Actually, look to your right to do list now - go ahead - and tell me, how many of the items are things that you enjoy?
